If you are heading to Sendai, highly recommend this hotel. It has all the qualities that a traveler would want. Engaging and helpful staff. Spacious and immaculately clean room. Bed was very comfortable and even the pajamas provided fitted well and was nicely pressed. The hotel, a 2-minute walk from a subway station, is next to two 24-hour convenient stores. Can’t beat that!

Right in a shopping area, so the gf was happy. Easy to get to and access to plenty of things. Room was nice, but could've had better pillows. TV allowed for me to login to Netflix and YouTube accounts for watching stuff when winding down which was a plus. Amenities like razor blades, toothbrush, etc were free. Would stay here again.

The room was clean, spacious and neat. We were a family of 4 travelling. So we had a connecting room, which was convenient especially with 2 bathrooms.
The staff was nice.
However, we turned up to breakfast at 9:20am, being informed we had to buy tickets from reception. By the time we got the tickets and went back up at 9:31am, the breakfast place was closed. Then, we had to go back down to get a refund. I feel both the restaurant staff and reception staff should warn us that it was too late for breakfast and there was NO POINT of buying breakfast tickets for 4 people at 9:20am when the place was closing in 5 mins!
otherwise, the location was great.
