Check in was the only criticism I have, we downloaded the App for digital check in to arrive and the app wasn’t working. Apparently you need to be connected to the hotel wifi for it to work.
Location was great, the rooms were ok, expected a view of the river but only a view of other rooms!
Bed very comfortable!

Amazing hotel, wonderful helpful staff. We took our children and they were great with them on arrival giving them a colouring pack and chocolate. Highly recommend! Great location too!

10th floor room we could see the London Eye, very comfortable and quiet. The only drawback was the step into the bath/shower which was very high and made getting in and out awkward
