"Overall a great stay as a treat for my 11 year old daughter and I visiting a concert at the O2. The breakfast was exceptional and the pool facilities were fantastic. A small let down was that we were not offered the Expedia VIP free drink per person voucher on check in, I remembered later and reception ..."

"We had a good stay. Nice lobby and reception area. But the room was a bit run down. Not up to 5 star standard...despite being a premium room. Good service overall and lounge area had a fun atmosphere in the evenings with music and happy hour drinks. Location is excellent"
