This hotels only real strength is it a clean place to stay in a great location.
However it is extremely dated. The rooms are very old and have significant wear. The bathrooms are tubs with shower heads. The gym is hilariously bad.
The key giveaway is the hotel itself only has pictures of its nice restaurant. The hotel does not look like this

A great hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would happily recommend.
