What a wonderful hotel! The room was spotless, the amenities were the best we have ever seen, the staff were accommodating and friendly, and the fine dining restaurant was superb. In short, our stay was a delight.
I realize most visitors to this hotel speak Japanese, but it would be helpful if the brochures and wine menus could be offered in English as well. Just a thought!

We were told the rooms are all smoking room. The cigarette smell was strong in our room so that was something we don’t really appreciate. The onsen facility was ok. The best was the one shared with the hotel next door.
