An excellent choice for a central location in Osaka. Unusual British decor including a full replica church! Excellent breakfasts. Rooms comfortable but amenities (e.g. showers) slightly dated.

Temperature control in the room was finicky and couldn’t be turned off. Room was large with a separate sleeping area. No view and frosted glass windows which were small. Very friendly staff in a convenient location. Sneaker by the door kept turning the light on at night but staff came and turned it off. Overall good stay.

10/10 stay! Location is perfect just minutes away from Kyoto station. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Deluxe Double room exceed expectations. Ta-Q-Bin was easy to coordinate with the help of front desk staff.

Clean room and friendly staff. Our room is facing a busy street and sometimes it gets noisy at night. Train station and bus stops are walkable. Overall it’s a good location.

All the staffs were very pleasant & delightful, There is USB outlet near headboard of bed but there's no electric AC outlet near the bed. So, We asked for electric extension cord & they brought us extension cord & ADAPTOR within 5 minutes. Location is excellent. Hotel building is connected to Tennoji JR station West Exit. No worries of getting wet from rain. Our room was on 45th floor & view was incredible. Also there is large super market in the basement of the building with huge food court surround supermarket. We really enjoyed staying at Mariott Osaka.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable, solid 4-star hotel. Stayed 4 nights in late May. Spacious room with King size bed for couples with city views. Resturant/bar on 36th floor with wide sweeping city views. Thai resturant food was average, it was little too quiet and not very lively vibe. Mini Cafe on 2nd floor was luxurious and great for light breakfast with floor to celing windows view of the elevated city train. Excellent location, centrally located close to everything including resturants, shops, and train station just 10mins away across the bridge. Steps away from a huge large shopping area and tourist market. Excellent bakery and breakfast resturant right next to the hotel with western style breakfast that opens early morning which is hard to find in Japan. Excellent Banghladeshi/Afghani/Pakestani resturant with delicious spicy south asian food similar to indian food plus variety of meats and kabobs optiond and its very reasoablely price just one block away. Very enjoyable stay overall.
