The rooms were a bit outdated but we upgraded our room to a suite with a fantastic breath taking view of the harbor and city lights. The staff were amazing and friendly with excellent customer care. The highlight for me was the hot springs onsen and steam room after a long, tiring day and was opened until 1am which was perfect. The lowlight was guests have to pay an entrance fee. The breakfast buffet was very delicious with a high variety to choose from. The location was perfect and I highly recommend this hotel for all the amenities, wonderful customer service and fabulous views. The upgraded rooms were very large, spacious and just beautiful!!

The property was well-kept, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great the amenities that they provide really helps on coming guests. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Easy walkable neighborhood. Super clean, very large space perfect for our family of 5 adults. Would not recommend with small children due to the amount of floors in the apartment.
