I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I was not happy at all. The place was not like in the Expedia listing. There were many problems, and when we brought them up to the front desk (which seemed to be more of a front desk for the whole commercial building instead of just the hotel), we were told “cannot” or we just never heard back from them. Here is a list of what was wrong: - one of the towels they gave us had a big hole on it. Also, they only left one new towel a day for two of us and it was a hand towel - the hair dryer was being held by cello tape and didn’t work. They told us they would leave a new one at our door but they did not - the washing machine did not have a glass window in the door (it was just an open hole) so we could not use it - there were no plates or utensils in the kitchen and one of the kitchen lights didn’t work - they only gave us one small pillow each. We asked for two more but they told us only superior rooms could get them - the water kettle was dirty inside - no cups were given for drinking (they only gave us a small paper cup the first night) - there was no drain stop in the bathroom sink - the listing said there was a library inside but we didn’t see one - the roof area had places where the glass roof was broken and there wasn’t really anywhere to sit and relax there I do have photos documenting all of this if needed.

Clean, courteous staff, nice facility, efinitely will come back and recommend it to others.
