The facility was clean from the lobby,elevator, hallway and room. The breakfast was take to your room and microwave it there style but it was ok. The staff were great though. Always a smile and a greeting.

I loved this hotel. The staff was so amazing and helped us out so much as this was our first time to Japan. They were extremely kind and patient with us. It was a very central location and close to many convenient stores.
