The room was very clean and well kept for an older building. The staff was very friendly and efficient. This is my third staying at this hotel. I would stay again and again for it's value and walking accessibility to everything.

We weren’t advised by Expedia or the check in at the hotel, regarding the resort fees which tapped out the deposit. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time when there are additional charges.

WOW what a hotel, the hotel is absolutely amazing and truly a 5 out of 5 starts hotel - but the staff from check in and check out receptionist, restaurant, pool and valet staff was 10 out of 5, all so friendly, positive and service oriented, best staff experience we have ever had. - WE ARE COMING BACK!

We had 3 adults staying there. It was advertised for 3 adults, however, the futon foldout was only big enough for a kid. We took pictures of our adult kids and their heads went over the futon. However. After complaining, the owners dropped off a double/queen blow up mattress, about the 3 day into the stay, meanwhile one of the kids had to move into our room.
So, bad news, the room was not set up for 3 adults, but good news after days of complaining, the bed was corrected.
