Central Tablelands Ski Holidays

We stayed here for 12 nights and thought the rooms and facilities were perfect for our needs. Breakfast was also tasty. The location was spot on, right by the metro and nearby some takeaway restaurants and one metro stop from lots of shops. The staff were most helpful when we needed to add on a night due to our flight being cancelled. We had a great view and apartment was spacious, clean and bed was super comfy. My only comments would be it would be handy if something was provided so you could dry your washing (like an airer), there isn’t much space for clothes and it can get quite noisy with traffic but earplugs sort that out. Overall excellent stay and would highly recommend.

It is very well kept and run but is very definitely geared toward young people as the preferred clientele. I don't think that's a bad thing, but we felt a little out of place as older adults.

The location for what we were doing in the city was amazingly perfect. The bar/restaurant was superb. The staff were beyond helpful and were a delight to deal with.

Lovely staff and excellent location.

Excellent location, professional and courteous staff. The room was amazing! Great facilities, you can fine or drink there if you wish. The happy hour at 5, you get free, excellent wine for 1 hour. What’s not to like?

Room was great, amenities were great, only objection was the pillows or lack thereof.

Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops nearby. Excellent views of the harbour, great to have a balcony to enjoy the view and people watching in the area

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive
