Hotel staff were great except for people at front desk
You would think since they set the first impression there customer service would set the bar but that was not the case very rude and didn't want to answer questions. The rest of staff waiters house keeper everyone was top notch.

Loved this hotel - beautiful room and property. Great food, nice staff, lots of stuff for kids. Only downside was our balcony wasn't covered so it was wet most mornings. But overall was great!

The room was clean however a bit outdated. I wish the room had more outlets and the TV had more English channels. The only downside about the resort are the wild cats. They do not bother you but there are a lot of them!!! I would not stay here again because of the cats.
