"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. "Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided."

"We stayed at All Ritmo from July 15 through July 23. We had an amazing experience. I asked for an upgrade when we checked in and was given one for a small increase in price.
