「We booked here for it's easy drive to Dumfries House. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant and bar are nice informal and relaxing areas. Our weather was poor, so we couldn't take advantage of the great looking garden area. The room was small but adequate with a nicely refurbished ensuite. Pretty much as we expected for a 3 star small hotel /inn really.」
