「It is rare the Experience of staying at a holiday location works out as well as expectation of a group built up by the online marketing page. I’m pleased to say that didn’t happen here, in fact the only potential issue in advance was the parking as we had 3 cars. Even this didn’t present an issue. Excellent facilities and base, one very minor issue was the need to drink Guinness from a wine glass due to the lack of a pint glass on site, as I say very minor issue.」

「This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. Great communication from start to finish with a super friendly and helpful person! A great central location on a safe road with registered parking, plenty of things...

「Sean was the best host. So helpful. He suggested dinner at a great pub in town. The house was clean and well stocked - even some food in the kitchen. The garden was charming. Absolutely no complaints at all. Will definitely return if we return to this part of England.」

「This 3 bedroom townhouse provided a good base to visit Cheltenham and it’s nearby trails. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. The location had easy access to the train station. The kitchen chairs in were uncomfortable however.」

「My overall experience was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The only issues I had to work around were most mirrors in the place were placed rather high for my 5'0 stature 😄. The living room/dinning area was perfect for when my local friends came for a visit. I would definitely recommend this place for a single or a couple.」

「Nice property well away from the m...g crowd. Small items which detracted. No Wi-fi. Handle to shower door missing. Shower door not in track. Booking impression was that the property was a 'one-off' - not one of a complex of 4 or 5 and each in multi occupation. Fortunate that there wasn't rain otherwise a wet walk to car parking area. Good dog walk to dispose of rubbish. No segregation of waste (Paper; glass; compostible etc.)」

「This is a beautiful property, just on the outskirts of Cheltenham, minutes from all the amenities but you feel like you are out in the countryside. Gill & Glyn have a wonderful small farm with a menagerie of livestock. It was the perfect 4-day rest for us between exploring the big cities.」

「House beautiful everything we needed. However I have one complaint. On arrival I found 8 massive piles of dog poo surrounding the pool area. This was quite disgusting and I had four children with us which can be dangerous for them. I assume it was left by the previous tenants but surely should have been checked by groundsman or cleaner . We paid a massive amount of money in fact double what we paid for a five star hotel on Lanzarote back on May so expected higher standards around that area....

「Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper.」

「Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it.」

「Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...
