「The room was comfortable and clean, except for the floors. The tile and linoleum were very dirty as if it hadn't been mopped adequately in a very long time. The kids area of the waterpark is very outdated as well. We throughly enjoyed our stay and felt safe on the property. Staff was easy to find around entrances, exits, and around the pools. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging!
