「Very good hotel. It is a great experience of staying here when I joined a conference held in Newcastle upon Tyne. Good location, good service, good price and friendly staff.」

It is worth noting this was my first trip away in a long time and was my first time staying in Newcastle and I suffer from anxiety/paranoia and overthinking, having said that I'm new to staying in hotels overall. On the whole staff were very professional, friendly and helpful with decent knowledge of the local area and places to go. 「I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.」

「Great stay however someone had parked in the space outside our patio so couldn’t use this space for our own stuff. They were noisy when returning to their car at 10pm waking up my son. Maybe could number the spaces for the rooms 」

「Soundproof isn’t quiet good, especially on Saturday night when there were too many drunk ladies, they came back super late, very loud, also they tried to open my door, many times, 3am to 4am, I didn’t sleep at all.」

「I've stayed here many times, currently having refurb work conducted so only downside on this trip was smell of new paint, but that wont last. Clean and conformable room, with sea view 」

「Room was very warm. Had to use provided desk fan to keep temp at tolerable level. Couldn’t leave the window open overnight due to street noise from the clubs and bars near by. However staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and hotel gym great. Great central location but the penalty is the noise. 」
