「Stayed here for 1 night with my son when we went to wembly to watch england play which is only a 30 minute walk. Very nice apartment, clean and tidy. Has cooking facillities and kettle and tea and coffee but no milk or cutlery, plates, cups etc. Has a fridge though which is handy. Reception area is lovely and welcoming. Would defiently recomend and stay again. 」

「Full apartment with lively clan and new bathroom. Great location to walk to sites. Needed a larger non-stick frying pan but otherwise all was great.」

「半公寓模式，checkin前台在別棟，相信照片中較大的房間是地下一層吧，入住時安排了地下一層帶窗的，但畢竟來旅聽到是到下一層也是有點抗拒，沒有去看房直接跟前台說要求給2，3樓(帶露台的)，他們說客滿，但其實我訂房時就知道有地下一習的也要求給高樓層，但還是沒疫安排，最後安排去了4樓，升降機只到3樓，還要拿幾個行李上到4樓，正確來是閣樓吧，走道很小，房間也很小，雖然也是帶有小廚房，但這是英式房除的屋頂，窗子很小地是木板走動起來下層都感覺得到，有點失望，我們在倫敦住一星期，你要親自到前台要求房間清掃才行，而且只是3天一次，洗衣房是收費。但地點的確很方便，綠紅綠地鐵站都有，而且餐廳很多有尤其是廣東菜，可以走路到hyde park~ 可以寄存行李，但鄧是要爬樓梯。。 要是像我們要住很多晚的話，覺得其實還有很多選擇」

「酒店附近範圍是寧靜而安全的，步行至車站亦只是數分鐘路程，相對方便。然而，我在使用洗衣機後，因發現機門未能打開，故請酒店人員幫忙，但卻被要求等待至第二天早上才可安排維修人員到來處理，令衣服被迫留至機內整個晚上；且酒店人員第二天到來時，更意圖指摘是我們弄壞洗衣機的機門，經我們多番解釋後，事件才能解決，令我們感到有點委屈和不快。」

「A well equipped apartment in a quiet location with a supermarket nearby. A walking distance to metro station which go directly to Heathrow airport. The staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommended.」
