「A truly lovely experience. It's nice that a hotel chain takes staffing numbers and training so seriously. The staff were excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The food was also top notch and my fillet steak was one of the best I have ever had. Everything was very clean. The only slight annoyance was dogs in the restaurant. As I am allergic, I don't think that policy is particularly fair.」

「lack of parking at the property is an issue for an 8 bedroom place and we were only informed about the lack of eating options once we had booked which wasn't ideal」
