「Our suite was excellent but we only had 2 issues during our stay: 1. every morning this was no hot water to our room until after 7AM. 2. their mobile app for room service doesn't work - I ordered a coffee using the mobile app but it was never delivered. When I inquired about the order - they said what order? I responded with the order # and received what looks to be an automated response that they are busy helping others.」

「Find another website… Expedia was unhelpful, my protection plan didn’t protect me, and I couldn’t get a refund or assistance with my issue. I called the hotel staff directly. The manager, Dom, was extremely helpful even though I started off being rude after dealing with the incompetence of Expedia. Word to the wise, the protection plan doesn’t protect anything, it’s a waste of money. My flight changed from 1700 arrival to 0100 the next day. I was meeting my kids who drove to the at the hotel...

「No microwaves in rooms! However access for microwave in lobby or bring your own. Pool is well kept and accessible! Staff is amazing, courteous and friendly! 」

「Ocean view with balcony from our room. Steps from the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Older motel but clean. Free breakfast was not bad. 」
