"Our second stay at the property (it was so lovely the first time we wanted to return). The staff were again wonderful and so friendly. They all take so much pride in making sure that every guest is happy and are always on hand to help. The location is perfect in the middle of the Old Town yet the room was quiet at night. We would recommend this small, personal hotel to anyone wanting a stay in Hanoi Old Town and I feel that the nightly room rate is very reasonable."
