「Quiet room with a comfortable bed. Only issue staying there twice is the loud hvac units in the rooms. Bathroom clean, hallways clean too. We stay on second floor. Hard to turn left out of the property so be patient. 」

「The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

「We were so pleased with our stay at the Comfort Inn in Downtown Charleston. The room was upgraded and had all the amenities, bed was comfortable, shower was strong, and towels were soft. These are not always the case in more economical hotels. The breakfast was very good as well. Public transportation to the center of Charleston was easy to navigate. 」

「The property is in a great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. 」

「The property and it's staff were great. Our room however was very loud. We were right behind the elevator, which we heard every time it went up/down. The room was on floor 2, so we were able to hear a lot of road noise, mainly motorcycles at night. And we were just above the dumpster so we heard the trash truck every morning. I would stay again, but I would request a room on a higher floor and away from the elevator.」
