「I did not get the ocean front room I booked. It was old and outdated. Pools were closed and disgusting. Didn’t get to swim. Only the ocean. The balcony was rusty. No central air. The customer service was nice but I won’t stay there again. 」

「Over charged at first until I addressed it. Shower curtain in master bathroom not connected. Verticals missing from slider. Barely enough dishes. However very spacious and comfortable. Would stay again.」

「We arrived on a Saturday early in the day. There were problems with the hot water all through the weekend. We were nicely taken care of on Monday as they moved us to another building. Having said that, we think they need to have a more immediate response to addressing the issue at hand for the comfort and experience of their customers.」

「When arriving you can park in the front entrance in a max 15 min spot to go check in and unload your vehicle. By the elevators is where you get your luggage rollers to assist with baggage . Check in was a breeze I paid through a third party site. You do have to leave a $100 deposit by credit card once you arrive. It is refundable. Starbucks and Ben & Jerry’s is directly across from the hotel. Along with easy parking in a garage. My room had full kitchen and dining area. Overall it was a great...
