「We had a lovely stay in a balcony room overlooking the fabulous harbour. We had everything we needed including robes, slippers and a really comfy bed. The cleaning staff were lovely and always had a warm smile and said hello. Unfortunately the staff on reception seemed to keep their heads down or talk amongst themselves as we went in and out of the hotel. Also, we went to sit outside to have a drink and soak up the sun for an hour and the bar staff in The Jetty informed us that they don't serve...

「The front desk staff, Jimmy, at the hotel is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful, with a great view outside the window. The location is convenient, as it is very close to Westquay, the largest shopping mall in Southampton. And to top it off, the room rate is already very affordable, and they even include breakfast. It's truly perfect!」

「Not price worthy as when there is a cruise coming, it raises its prices by 3 times ! The receptionists are not too friendly and helpful !」

「This hotel has a beautiful location . The room was lovely and very clean. Staff were fabulous in particular the receptionist. The only down fall was the waiting time for food in the restaurant, the food itself was lovely . Would also be nice if there was a separate dining area for families , as felt a little under pressure when dining with kids 」
