「Really LOVE this hotel but the service was a bit off and the staff needs some training. Often staff was not present when needed them - noticed there was empty coffee cups and garbage in the common areas all day long never picked up while staff was chatting in the halls. Check-in very slow and staff overall inattentive, surprising for a place like this, loved everything else!」

「Centrally located, close to CityPlace and clematis. Overall beautiful and staff was super friendly」

「The resort itself is very nice! There are many activities to indulge in, the staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful, and it is very clean. The only negative is that there is very little in terms of stores or restaurants nearby within walking distance. So, we were essentially limited to eating from the same resort restaurant for all meals every day we were there. 」

「The hotel was in a nice quiet location but within 15 minutes to the airport or great restaurants and plenty of shopping. The hotel is very nice and clean, the room was great, they have the best beds in the business. The pool area lacked shade, no umbrellas for such a hot sunny area, but everything else was perfect.」

「My stay here was so peaceful and lovely! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Simeon at the front desk was fabulous and made me feel like I was coming home to friends each evening when returning to the hotel from adventures. Everyone also had excellent recommendations for things to do or places to eat. The pool was currently under Reno while I was there, but the ocean front was gorgeous and more than enough for me! Lots of turtle nests along the beach here as well which is so cool....
