"Very charming property. Everyone was super friendly ended up meeting just about the entire street trying to turn around with our boat. The road in is a very tight one lane road with not alot of space to back into the driveway. A neighbor ended up making space for me to turn around and i was easily able to back in. Longbed truck with 20ft bassboat did not help situation. Property was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly, planning on coming back for the white water festival in October. Thanks...

"We had wonderful time. It was a gorgeous place to stay. Loved how it was in a wooded area away from others. The house was well kept and clean. The only inconvenience was the host would show up without any notice. Coming to check to see if we needed the trash taken or needed anything else is nice and fine but would have liked a notice that they were coming by."

"We’ve made multiple trips to this cabin over the years and this little hide away cabin never disappoints. Being able to have a hot shower, WiFi, and a warm bed makes all the difference when you fish and hike all day. Also, the jacuzzi is great for loosing up those stiff joints after a long day on the river. Thanks Tim, for continuing a great line of owners to open up this beautiful home for renting."

"The property was even better than the pictures. I came to get away and do a little hiking. It turned into a rainy weekend which left me inside to enjoy the space. I made food, watched tv and left feeling exactly what I came for- relaxed. Also, I had mentioned in my rental request it was my birthday weekend and when I arrived I had a post it on the message board saying Happy Birthday! Special touches like that really sets the property apart."

"Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well."

"Very nice, secluded cabin in the woods. Far enough away from a gravel road that didn't have much travel at all to feel secluded. Had good wifi, tv and all the things you need including full bathroom and kitchen. Well kept, very clean and seemed to be a pretty new build, (maybe only a year old or so). Close enough to the iga grocery store to get food to cook when you are not traveling around. Not far from old swiss village helvitia, historic bulltown civil war battle site and wildlife game...

"We were coming up from NC for my wife's grandma's 101st birthday party. Not much in the way of accommodations in Hacker Valley so this was the perfect location. It is everything you need with a nice, clean bathhouse just down the hill. The staff were extremely nice and the host goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Definitely will be returning in the future."

Usually we give all stars after staying but this time we had a waitress names Riley in the restaurant who was so rude that I have to remark on it. The other waitresses were very nice.
