"Could not fault this hotel. Absolutely wonderful. The only reason not 5 star for cleanliness was the American Bar was not clean when we visited it. Dirty plates and glasses left on the bar which was a shame because the rest of the hotel was faultless "

"Loved our stay. Super comfortable room which was cool as the name suggests ! There are lots of places to visit nearby if the main attractions are too busy. The reception team had some good recommendations. Most places seem to be within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We also enjoyed using the sauna and steam room. "

"We had a beautifully-designed suite (207) and would call particular attention to the lighting which was relaxing and well-balanced. The Japanese restaurant was, unexpectedly, one of our better meals in Spain. Staff was motivated, professional and cheerful. Center city location was perfect. Nobu ticked all the boxes. "

"Absolutely a great, luxury hotel with the kind of service you would expect at a luxury hotel. It’s not cheap, so if you’re looking for a deal, this hotel may not be for you. But, if you’re looking for a hotel in a great location, that is also quiet, and with outstanding service, this is it. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a small balcony. There were only 7 rooms on our floor, so the hotel is nice and quiet. And, it’s located on a quiet street, so there’s not much noise coming from...

We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help.
