“Excellent property Food overly expensive ”

“We stayed at One Particular Harbour late April 2024. The hotel and facilities were great! There was an employee named Mark who worked the lobby. He was so fantastic, kind, welcoming. No matter if it was the the first time or the 10th time he saw us he was so happy, friendly and enthusiastic. 10 stars for him! Suggestions: the glass door for the toilet is loud when it closes, putting little rubber or gel pads along the door would help it close quietly. Also it was a surprise to learn at check in……

“We enjoyed our stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the food was really good, and the room was spacious and had a fun mini bar. Compared to other All Inclusives I’ve stayed at outside of the Bahamas, this was the smallest which was reflected in the amenities and entertainment. The beach is a public beach and there were some interesting characters that hung around on some of the days but overall not bad. Pro tip - ask the front desk to help get you dinner reservations or else you won’t……

“We needed a place to stay for one night with an early morning flight. It was close to the airport and the shuttle to and from was convenient. The staff was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The local beach was an easy walk away and had a beach bar with food service. It was everything we needed.”

“I enjoyed my 3 week stay at A Taste of Paradise, while here on business. It was a quiet, clean and safe place to rest after a long day’s work. The family that owns it were very friendly and helpful with all my questions about the home and local area. Beautiful beaches are all around but suggest you have a rental car. Amazing restaurants are all around too without having to venture into downtown Nassau. Some of my favorite restaurants were Bahamia, Kyma Seafood Grill, Southwest Diner and Bar……

“The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"……
