“Staff and reception was lovely went the extra with daily room service, bed made up clean towels, coffee etc. Property is very 70s in need of up grade, but that can be overlooked as very clean and friendly. Close to shops”

“The apartment is new, spacious and super clean. Two of the bedrooms and the balcony are facing the endless coastline of Kirra Beach. The beach has children’s playground and jogging tracks. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. So there is no need to worry about breakfast and dinner. The room service clean up daily and make up of beds was done in one of our 3 night stay. However, they forgot to replenish our laundry powder in one of the day. We cannot get back the laundry powder at night……

“The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed……

“我們入住時已經超過checkin 時間，當下心涼了一半，結果發現他有設計一個人性化的設計，讓我們不管多晚抵達都能安心多拿到鑰匙。雖然看得出來是舊飯店，但房間寬敞設備齊全讓我們好開心。房間有附陽台，看出去的海景也很棒～開車到鬧區大約20分鐘，還是建議有開車的旅人入住比較方便。”

“Very impressed with this property. Nice huge apartment and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Gym was well equipped as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We arrived late and communications couldn't have been any better. ”

“Our room was outstanding, and the customer service was lovely. They arranged parking for our 2nd car free of charge which was a relief. My only small complaint was that I chose to pay for the room at the property, rather than when I booked it on Hotels.com. Hotels.com indicated that it would be the same price either way. But when I got to the property to pay, they added a 1.5% 'surcharge' for paying with credit card, but offered no other way to pay. ”
