“The apartment was in a nice setting on the Yarra. It is also in a nice apartment building, conveniently located. The apartment itself is poorly set up and does not deserve the luxury tag. The apartment was dirty and the carpets were stained. Also the amenities were poor. For example there were minimal amounts of crockery and cutlery and they were of extremely poor quality. During our stay we were unable to access the wifi at all. The owner tried to assist but ultimately did not resolve the……

“We booked a non smoking room but it smelt so badly of cigarette smoke we ended up leaving early. We were also overcharged for our room as their wadntba record of our deposit on checkin. After lots of messaging and then contacting expdedia that was sorted. We also received a small amount of money for the cigarette smell. The rooms views were amazing it’s just a shame that it smelt so bad. Also they only give out one room key and you need it to get into and out of the building. No key chain on the……
