“The hotel is very beautiful. The 2 starred restaurant is excellent. But you have to check out at 11am, a bit too early. The concierges are quite arrogant, no smile. But the view of our rooms are gorgeous.”

Bathroom too small, especially shower, which also leaks after each use. Service: At breakfast, service is excellent. Housekeeping is OK, sometimes good, sometimes a bit off. Food: Judging from breakfast, restaurant probably very good. In conclusion: If the bathroom was larger and better, it would truly be a 5-star……

“Overall, the hotel provides you a clean room and the facilities you need. It is close to the bus stop and you can take the airport bus easily. And a 20-25 minutes walk from the Central Station. My room is located on 2/F, very noisy if you open the window so I can only close it. One suggestion, if the hotel can provide free bottle water is more convenient, as most of the Italian hotels do not have electric hotpot provided in the room, there is no water to drink is rather inconvenient. ”
