“We have stayed at Shipwatch Point II many times over the years. The property is well maintained, and the location is perfect!! A five minute walk to the beach and so close to lots of shopping, restaurants and golf , and minutes away from Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Location, location, location! Although this unit could use some updates, it was clean and suited our needs well. We would consider renting this unit again on our next visit. A great stay, as always.”

“We had a wonderful time staying in an absolutely beautiful and very roomy condo in the Royal Palms. Everything was perfect and beyond any expectations. The two bedroom condo with two bathrooms is very large and well appointed throughout. There was nothing we could have used that was not there as it had simply everything. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was superb for morning coffee watching the ocean and beach walkers. This condo is a 10+ in all respects and I highly recommend it.……

“Our stay at this location was wonderful! Great location, beautiful views and fantastic property owners. Everything all fell together perfectly, making our vacation a big success. The condo was beautiful inside. Really nice and clean. Five min walking distance to the beach! Tasty restaurants just 10 minutes up the road. Alligator farm was only a 25 minute drive away, while mini golf was only 5 minutes. We enjoyed ourselves at all the amenities around!! We will definitely be visiting again.”

“The screen door will not remain closed unless locked from the inside. Many of the dishes and silverware had been put away dirty. I had to wash everything before using it. The kitchen dishes and pots and pans are not in any order, for example, the pot might be in a lower cabinet and the cover in a cabinet over the stove. Everything in the cabinets was in complete disarray. They need to be emptied, cleaned, and organized. The refrigerator is too large for the space, therefore the cabinet near……

“The location was really nice. The maintenance and house keeping staff was amazing. However the unit was not up to our expectations. The toilet was dirty the slider lock was broken the carpet was left on the wall after the flooring was redone. The view was outstanding.”
