「The location is very good. My family enjoyed the evening kickback and the observation deck. Very close walking proximity to the stadium and the arch. The elevator system is a bit confusing. 」

「Our trip was to go to an away soccer game. The hotel was convenient for walking to the stadium and for walking to the Arch, which was also one of the things on our list. The staff was very helpful during our stay for eating suggestions and for answered all of our questions.」

Located near everything from Busch stadium, the zoo and city museum as well as being next to union station, this hotel was very conveniently located near everything.」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. Men's bathroom in lobby out of service all week. There was a dead roach on the floor in the lobby for 3 days that no one cleaned up. A man fell in the lobby & dripped blood & no one cleaned that up for a few days. Then two employees were fighting & cursing/yelling at each other in Room 614 as I was walking by. Talk to your employees about there mouth & fighting around hotel guests.」
