“We were able to change rooms once we got there because the carpet was dirty & there wasn’t a washer & dryer. When we checked in, I was told you could not get clean towels & bath cloths because we had a washer & dryer. The staff were not consistent in the information they provided. Most were rude except for Chris (manager). The cleaning staff came in twice before we checked out. Seems like they would be updated in real time once people checked out. My daughter and her friend were getting dressed……

“This was a great stay. I would just love for them to upgrade the beds and decor. Overall very clean and well take care older hotel right on the beach. Staff was amazing! ”

“Nice area but the hotel itself needs some serious updating. Really didn't converse with the staff but they seemed attentive when in conversation with guests. Price was really reasonable. It's a no frills place to stay, breakfast must be paid for. No free continental breakfast. ”

“We arrived on a Saturday early in the day. There were problems with the hot water all through the weekend. We were nicely taken care of on Monday as they moved us to another building. Having said that, we think they need to have a more immediate response to addressing the issue at hand for the comfort and experience of their customers.”

“Lot of options to do pool,restaurant and game room. Room was great but for ac couch was blocking the air flow to room. ”
