We three employees we would like to compliment, Maurice he was very helpful at 12 or 1 am one night when I TV would not work, he came up and reprogrammed it and showed us how to navigate it. Very friendly and professional. Bryan was the first employee that we came across when we arrived. He assisted the whole process of getting our luggage out. He offered to help take it upstairs so our room very friendly very helpful. Gave us a lot of……

“It took between 5 to 10 minutes for the shower water to get hot. There were four tv station menus on the channels that were hard to find. A printed tv menu would be more convenient”

“Booked and junior suite weeks in advance and once we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any suites available and that obviously I had just booked (which was untrue). Was accommodated but highly upset. Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean. ”

“Nice area but the hotel itself needs some serious updating. Really didn't converse with the staff but they seemed attentive when in conversation with guests. Price was really reasonable. It's a no frills place to stay, breakfast must be paid for. No free continental breakfast. ”

“Everything with this hotel was perfect. My only negative experience was getting to the hotel and parking garage, it is bike week so everything was very difficult to get to, which is completely out of their control.”

“We arrived on a Saturday early in the day. There were problems with the hot water all through the weekend. We were nicely taken care of on Monday as they moved us to another building. Having said that, we think they need to have a more immediate response to addressing the issue at hand for the comfort and experience of their customers.”
