“Employees were so helpful. Hotel was very clean. Restaurants were located out the front door of the hotel. Property is on such a beautiful beach. ”

“Ok location. Hoped the lazy river had tubes but didn't see any. When we arrived to the room, door wasnt locked. We found a bed sheet in the kitchen and bed not done. They sent the cleaning lady. She used her key to come in without knocking & on her phone. She was rushing and dropped the pillows on the floor. Not the best intro to the location. Wish they had a restaurant or Cafe”

“We were able to change rooms once we got there because the carpet was dirty & there wasn’t a washer & dryer. When we checked in, I was told you could not get clean towels & bath cloths because we had a washer & dryer. The staff were not consistent in the information they provided. Most were rude except for Chris (manager). The cleaning staff came in twice before we checked out. Seems like they would be updated in real time once people checked out. My daughter and her friend were getting dressed……

“My husband I greatly enjoyed our get away at Avista Resort! We three employees we would like to compliment, Maurice he was very helpful at 12 or 1 am one night when I TV would not work, he came up and reprogrammed it and showed us how to navigate it. Very friendly and professional. Bryan was the first employee that we came across when we arrived. He assisted the whole process of getting our luggage out. He offered to help take it upstairs so our room very friendly very helpful. Gave us a lot of……

“Love the ocean view. Years ago there was free coffee in the morning..times have changed. I looked forward to the free coffee and sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise. Rooms could stand a little better cleaning, not terrible but had sand on the floors and food laying on the balcony. ”
