“We were able to change rooms once we got there because the carpet was dirty & there wasn’t a washer & dryer. When we checked in, I was told you could not get clean towels & bath cloths because we had a washer & dryer. The staff were not consistent in the information they provided. Most were rude except for Chris (manager). The cleaning staff came in twice before we checked out. Seems like they would be updated in real time once people checked out. My daughter and her friend were getting dressed……

“My husband I greatly enjoyed our get away at Avista Resort! We three employees we would like to compliment, Maurice he was very helpful at 12 or 1 am one night when I TV would not work, he came up and reprogrammed it and showed us how to navigate it. Very friendly and professional. Bryan was the first employee that we came across when we arrived. He assisted the whole process of getting our luggage out.
