Era la seconda volta che stavamo in questa villa e si è riconfermata un'ottimo scelta per gli spazi interni, la veranda esterna e per la comodissima posizione a due passi da tutto! Punto di forza: la grande disponibilità dell'host! Ci torneremo sicuramente!”

“Great 4 bedroom home in Mondello with a great seaside terrace view. The home offers 2 bathrooms, nice living/dinning room area, adequate kitchen and washer. The terraced outside space was lovely and enjoyed all day. There are a series of stairs to navigate from the street level to the home. There is another home owned by a family member directly underneath and was rented out for the weekend we stayed. Both homes share the garden and the terraced sea access. We did not swim, due to schedule and……

“Very nice villa with a great location close to the beach and Mondello beach downtown!”

“We were in Sicily for a short weekend stay and we used our time to relax at the house and to swim in the Mediterranean. The seaside views are stunning and the walking access to the sea is accurately listed. The waves can be aggressive and we did get knocked around a bit the first day getting in and out of the water, resulting in some hand, knee, and leg scrapes. We wore sandals and shorts which helped with getting in/out of the water. The second day the water was much calmer so we swam on and……

“Property was huge with lots of room - bathrooms good size but showers are quite small Bedrooms good size with comfortable beds Mondello can get windy so there is a lot of "natural" noises from the wind (and shutters can bang) Lovely terraces. SUPER location and convenient to everything. On site parking! Overall great location and value for money!”

“The villa is amazing - the gardens and pool are fantastic. We had a wonderful time splitting time between the beach and knocking around the villa, and it couldn't have worked out better. The beach is a 5 min drive (or 20min walk) so really close and there are a few great restaurants around. # Emiliano was also a great and helpful host - would strongly recommend”

“Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Villa Blu! Very lovely accommodations and hosts. The house is brand new, nicely appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The outdoor space/pool are a nice retreat from the beach which is an easy walking distance away. The hosts were very responsive, answered our questions in a timely manner (both before and during our stay), and provided a useful guide to use during our stay. Thank you Gianpaolo and Vittoria! “The property is as advertised and as shown in the listing. The outside porch is the star attraction with its view of the bay and the city, and very comfortable seating. It was spacious and comfortable and we all (group of 4) enjoyed our stay. The host was gracious and informative giving us a long list of restaurants and food stores, many of which we tried and found up to his recommendation. He also responded quickly when we had a drainage problem in one shower. However that same shower showed……

“The accommodation was even better than described. Even nearer the beach than we expected. Near bus stops to Palermo if needed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Contact with the hosts was excellent.”
