“We were on our way to NE Arkansas for an Eclipse viewing. I had originally booked a chain hotel. And then I found this little slice of heaven. Who wants a chain hotel experience when this is the same price?? Everything was just perfect. All the details were appreciated! Highly recommend. Do need to be able to maneuver steps to the loft. I'm one week out from knee replacement and managed it.”

“The area is great! We planned to leave during the day and return in the evening due to the parking situation downtown. When we were at the loft, we walked everywhere we needed to go - dinner, baseball game and a concert! We had a great time.”

“My teenage daughter and I stayed overnight here while we were in town visiting family. It was a perfect place for just the two of us. While we didn't use it much for more than just sleeping we very much enjoyed it. The decorations were nice and the bed was nice and soft. The loft overlooked the town square and since we stayed on a Saturday night it was nice and quiet Sunday morning. Overall, it was clean enough except for the couch cover which may have been clean but had hair and lint embedded in it. “First, the price for the stay was reasonable and we (almost) had enough beds for our group. The number of beds advertised vs the number listed in the confirmation vs the actual number of beds did not match up. We made it work, but it ended up being pretty awkward. The floor was so dirty that I could feel grime with my feet. I took a shower and after getting ready at the sink my feet were already black from the floor. Motorcycles and loud cars all night long. “First step is finding the place. Even with the directions, finding the building was confusing as it was not visible from street or parking lot. Step 2- the temperature of the dwelling. It was cold and remained cold. I understand it is Spring time, but some days are unseasonably cooler. Unfortunately, the thermostat was either broke or the insulation of the place was absent. “The property was located downtown close to shops and restaurants. The location of the lock box feels dank and unkept which leaves a poor first impression of the property. If I had known this location had multiple levels and no elevator before booking, I would have known that it would not fit with my disability.
