“Very good hotel for transfer in airport, free shuttle bus, clean and warm room.”

“The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel……

“Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!”

“This hotel I stayed in was very supervised me. the staffs there are friendly and nice. they prepared cookies and waters for customers every day, and unexpected gift to customers ( I'd seen hotel made birthday cake for one customer in morning buffet, and he didn't know the Hotel remembered his birthday), the room was clean also. there are 2 supermarkets near the Hotel, so also convenient for us. I will stay here if I visit Basel again. ”
