“酒店位置很方便。距离圣莫里茨户很近。步行可以到达。附近有很多餐厅，超市也很方便。房间不大，但是物品齐全。车位很多免费。”

“Best location! Only 2 mins walk to the main train station and one of the train that go up to Gornergrat mountain. Very convenient for us going there for snowboarding! Nearby shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment itself is very spacious with 3 bedrooms that fit a group of 6 of us. Although the apartment is a bit dated, all bathrooms are newly renovated, and the best part is the unit comes with washer and dryer! Kitchen has all the tools and equipments needed and we're happy to have……

“The staff is poor, we just asked tourist information at reception , and they are not willing to answer. And, it is DIFFICULT to borrow an umbrella, they seems only have two umbrella. And, it don't like as a hotel, like B&B, for examples the equipment and the design. The breakfast is also poor. The staff seldom to fill in the food like bread even though the staff is noted! It is not worth for the price……

“A great hotel and even more amazing staff. Very accommodating and very pleasant. The rooms with a view of the Matterhorn are awesome. The hotel is only a block away from the Cable car and about a 15 min walk to the train station. ”

“Location is good but it is up the hill so make sure to take their shuttle bus instead of walking. The facilities and staff are mostly great! Kim, the lady at the reception was particularly helpful, she helped me a lot on my trip planning and she is always smiling and polite!! For the sauna and gym, I would suggest it opens longer, 8pm is a bit early to close as ppl may want to use them after dinner, esp gym, would suggest it opens 24/7. ”

“The place is a bit run down. The bed was very soft and the food can be better. In general, great location right opposite the train station and very near the cable card.”
