“We loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in the door everything was as advertised and more. The home was gorgeous, clean, stocked and the beds were so comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the location was amazing. It was perfect for my daughter and her friends to go out to the beach and enjoy the day or drive to local hot spots to enjoy shopping and entertainment. As for myself and my friend we were in the perfect location to enjoy bike week. Everything was a short ride away.……

“Overall we had a great stay. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach. Walking distance from Pineapple Willys but just far enough the beach was not nearly as busy. Communication was great. Would definitely book again.”

“Great location- very easy to enjoy beach and Rosemary Beach town. We had issues getting pull out bed to open and woke up every morning stuffed up, think place needs a good deep cleaning and check filters.”

“Nice two bedroom condo, master bed was uncomfortable. Management Anchor Away was first class team. Lighting could be updated but all and all the great place to stay. I would never stay here again because there is no grill to cook steaks and seafood.”

“We were in PCB for the Half Ironman event, held at Edgewater Resort. The villa on the golf course was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of space, clean and the host was very responsive when we needed to contact her about something minor. We enjoyed the pools in the resort and the easy access to the beautiful beach. “We visited with our 2 kids (3 and 4). The apartment was clean and well prepared. Location about 15 / 20minute walk form the beach but we took the car and could park next to the pool and beach access. The patio is small and not really for use as there are too many mosquitoes. Kitchen well equipped and Internet and TV worked great Overall great stay And would recommend !”

“I don’t have enough words to express how pleased I am with the villa and property manager. Crystal went above and beyond to accommodate our stay after a terrible experience with my original oceanfront condo with mold. We were unable to stay in the unit for safety reasons. As I looked for another unit, I was so hesitant I’d have the same experience again. Crystal made the process seamless from initial contact. She made sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and even made sure we made……

“We stayed here last week and it was overall a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the space and will return! Pros: -The house was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. It would be crowded for more people due to the narrow shape of the space but for us it was perfect. -Location is steps from public beach access and since it's farther away from the massive condos, our section of beach was less crowded. Quick walk to Walmart, gas stations and food. -Property managers were very communicative and……

“The door frame to the condo needs to be replaced. It looked as if someone had busted in. Also, hang the wall art with a nail instead of Velcro strips, they would randomly fall off the wall.”
