“We had a bad experience with check-in. Our room smelled like smoke. When we asked to change it, we were told no. They offered to spray and ionize the room. The cleaning staff later shared the ionizers were broken and were on order. The manager lied to us about that part. He was also very sexist in his references to the "cleaning women" and "House men". He was very argumentative and inhospitable. The cleaning person who helped us was amazing; she helped us talk to the manager, get us a new……

“Stayed here before, so returned. Only negative is: the shower was SOOOOO slippery, i slipped multiple times ; were it not for the handicap safety bars, I would have been hurt,injured. I mentioned it when I checked out. Desk clerk said manager would check into it, get back to me. No contact from manager yet. Hazard.”

“It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.”

“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“The breakfast and dinner buffets and drinks and popcorn make me want to book Drury every time now! Recently stayed at multiple other areas/hotels that were not worth the $, were mazes and no perks. Keep it up!”

“Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.”

“even though remodeling was actively going on at the property, the hotel felt clean, parking was tight but arrangements were made with neighboring businesses to ensure guests had room to park. Room was outstanding. really impressed with the hotel overall. ”

“Pretty nice rooms. A few minor issues (bed crooked on frame, fold out couch sheets did not fit) and the mattress was super firm (hard!). Staff was great. No pool.”

“The property has limited parking at the entrance. Lots of parking in the back but access to doors is limited. No longer has a restaurant on property. The place looks clean but every time we walked into our room we were hit with a strong smell of musty odor. I sprayed the air unit, doorway and room in general but it only cut the odor slightly. I assume this room was not one of their top rooms because we used a discount app to book.”

“Perfect location if visiting Six Flags. Very nice pool and arcade area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a mini frig in the room but no microwave. ”
