"The gentleman who spoke excellent English helped us when we drove up to the front is a very excellent representative and face for the hotel and demonstrates hospitality well. The overall hotel has the feeling of omotenashi which is rarer and rarer now as more foreign workers and more foreigners with a disregard for Japanese unspoken habits are hired in these hotels. I hope to come back just to relax and hope to see this hotel maintain its excellence. "

"The property is super clean and well keeped. Everyone is extremely friendly and the food is really good. I was surprised with all the staff attitude from beginning when I arrived (from the driver to the house staffs) I would love to see a varity of dinning menu in the future. There indooor private onsen is really nice and clean, however, there is no public onsen that people can experience like tradition bath house but its understandable and not a big deal. Overall, this was pleasent experienment...

"Lovely location right next to the lake, the cabin is not too big but there's enough space for a family. The beds are on the loft, which is accessible through a ladder. It's a bit hard to find the entrance to the property. Great communication from the host. "
