"The view of Mt.Fuji from my room could not be beat—it was perfect. I loved the onsen as well. I would say the only drawback was that it is quite a walk from the train station—about 1/2 hr. So not ideal if you have luggage. Taxis were hard to come by for us. We could not get a taxi to take us to the train station at 8am."

"The room was fabulous. Service staff are very friendly. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. Living close to nature. The only downside is that it is not near the train station, you have to call the hotel to get someone to fetch you (Limit 6pm). Additionally, there aren't a lot of shops around but everything can be found in the hotel itself."

"The lobby is very nice and it feels like a resort. Our room is very big. It has two double beds and two tatami beds. The tatami bed area could be closed if you would like to have privacy. There are 3 sinks (two are in the washroom and one is in the room), so 4 of us did not have to fight for the sinks. The front desk staffs were so friendly that they were willing to help you with anything. Onset is very nice as well. Both breakfast and dinner were wonderful and had many choices. The dinner area...

"Our western style room was specious and clean. Japanese style breakfast and dinner with many choices is a must to try. Hotel provide shuttle services to nearby bus stop and Ubako ropeway station. We enjoy our stay very much in this hotel "
