"Super location in Terminal 5 for overnight to catch connecting flight the next morning. Really nice room and comfortable beds. Didn’t like reception not answering the phone and the TV didn't work at all - no maintenence on duty and staff not helpful. Food in the bar was good but limited. The main restaurant closes at 10pm."

"The Montcalm has the potential to be a beautiful hotel but needs updating to match the rooftop bar. The rooms are currently out of date and poorly thought through- fine to sleep in but not somewhere you'd relax in. The spa was very small and overcrowded and the smell of chlorine traveled through the hotel. The service, however, was polite and helpful and the club drinks spot on. "
