「This condo was as described, communication with the property manager was prompt and check in was so easy. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. (Walking to/from the beach may be a challenge for those with mobility issues as it is a rather steep hill however there is parking at the end of Ocean.) The garage around the corner was convenient. 「Exceptional location. A lot of daily traffic from 6am to 11pm. Kitchen has most everything you need. Carport parking was beneficial. Lots of stairs from carport to house and inside house from living area to bedrooms. No patio on balcony of your own to sit and enjoy ocean views. Property manager is friendly and incredibly responsive.」

Well supplied with everything we needed. Loved hearing the surf as we fell asleep. Kids and grandkids absolutely loved the pool because it was so warm. Close to attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.」

「We stayed at the condo for over 8 weeks in the winter. It is located in a forest so it's very quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. There was an initial supply of the essentials upon check in and the kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and towels were plush. 「My husband and I rented this apartment for seven weeks during the months of January, February and March. This was an exciting place to stay because of the easy walking access to the Monterey Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Fisherman’s Wharf. Also, a very nice grocery story a block away. GREAT LOCATION! 「Location is very beautiful and the cabin is very comfy. The 2-2.5 mile drive up is very manageable in dry conditions. However, it rained while we were there, and the mud was quite slippery going up or down. We had AWD, but it was still was difficult at times.」
