"We had a great stay at Roseville B&B. Everything was perfect and we were made to feel at home from the very first time we spoke to Tracy and Jerry. They are amazing hosts, the house is amazing and the room so cosy. Breakfast was delicious too. If we could give 6* we would!!! "

"Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. "

"Great hotel, bar and restaurant with friendly and welcoming staff, and excellent service throughout our stay. Room was clean, well equipped, comfortable and modern. It would have been nice to have had the heating on when we arrived but appreciate that we’d recently had a change in weather. Bar has wide selection of drinks and food is excellent. Views are fantastic on a clear day and outdoor seating is available. Would (and have) happily recommend to friends and family"

"Our stay at the Chester Grosvenor was great. Centrally located and large well appointed rooms. Service from check in and check out was very efficient. Valeria our breakfast attendant was great. Special mention to the awesome door attendants, Kevin, Keith and David. Their attention to service and their friendly and helpful manner was of an excellent standard. "

"It was a nice stat however the rooms, whilst nice, need a little attention. The grouting of tiles in bathroom need a good scrub and the sofa arms had dust. It wasn’t great being woken at 7am on Sunday morning by bins being moved around. "

"Great location and great breakfast. But, the room was very noisy! (Room no.8) Thumping music from about 3 until 10/11pm - could hear every word of every song! And the drainage system in the shower is clearly not fit for purpose! Again, excessively loud gurgling whenever any other room used their shower/toilet. "
