“Three Little Birds was perfect for our quick 3 night beach getaway! It was literally steps to the beach. The location was perfect for exploring other areas for different restaurant options. Ample parking space, very comfortable bed, CLEAN all around, and the patio was perfect for sitting outside having coffee or glass of wine for happy hour. We will definitely try to rent this unit again for future trips. The perfect size for 2 of us who are mostly not in our room while at the beach! The hand……

“The unit was as described and very clean with a great view! Cons: the elevator was out of order, so we had to tote all of our belongings to the 4th floor, which was an inconvenience, however the owner did notify us of this detail via email. I saw a coffee maker but there was no coffee available to be made. The bed was not very comfortable, both my husband and I woke up with back aches. Otherwise, i enjoyed the room and the location. “Great pool and close to beach”

“Fun little spot right in the heart of seaside. Easy access to the beach and the owners are excellent with communication.”

“We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed……

“Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. ”

“Efficiency condo with a lovely view of the back bay of Ft. Walton. Everything you need, even an adequate array of spices. Bathroom slightly dated but everything was clean. I'd stay at this location again, unit B410.”

“Everything was wonderful. Quiet and very wonderful. From the 3rd floor spectacular view of sunsets and such. The only thing which will keep us from coming back again…though this is a pet friendly facility, there is no acceptable place to have your dog (we brought a 12 pound Shitzu) to relax or run a bit. Only place the dog could get out to was out on the parking lot ar a. That was a bummer.”

“This was a perfectly located condo. It was just the right size for my mother and I to get away for a couple days. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach and having included chairs and an umbrella set up at the beach was a huge perk. You are on the street side, so you can hear traffic but they provided a fan that made the perfect white noise at night to drown it out. It did not bother us at all. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I would easily stay here year after year!”

“This is an awesome little space. You can Is see the ocean from the little front porch. And its a 40 second walk to the water. It had everything we needed. Will definately be staying here again. Oh, there is a convience store right next door.”

“We normally stay with a family member in the same condos. The condo was sold so they were moved to a one bedroom. We booked in mid January. The room was clean. The mattress on the Murphy bed could definitely be upgraded. The bathroom was comfortable for use. Definitely needs a mat in tub so nobody slips. The water adjustment in the shower takes a little bit to fine tune. The storage is good for your personal belongings. I like this area because it is close to great shopping and awesome……

“It was our very first time visiting Destin! It was absolutely beautiful and breath taking! The owner Joseph was even better, so easy to get ahold of and worked with us! He even allowed us to add on an extra night! The studio was as cute as could be. I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back next year for sure! Thanks for the great studio it allowed us to have the perfect vacation!”
