"Very clean and in a great spot in the city. Beautiful windows, lots of light. I enjoyed staying here, it felt safe and bright. My only complaint is that when the people upstairs use the water there is a loud shrieking that can wake you up at night or disturb anything you’re doing. Otherwise a great place to stay"

"Hotel property and service staff were excellent. Unfortunately even after providing my credit card at check-in I was not allowed to charge to my room (very annoying). Also the HVAC in the room was pre set not to go below 24C and the room fan did not operate consistently for the week which I believe was an electrical wiring issue. The hotel was Good but not Excellent. "

"We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. I do wish there would have been a way to contact the front desk as there was no phone for that in the room. There are a lot of restaurants near by which is nice. "

If you happent to come to this branch and going to the dining area around night time, be sure to say hello to Sergio. Great guy, great chat and very hospitable! Was going through a bit of a rough patch personally, but he was kind enough to hang around and chat for a bit during the quieter time :)"
