All staff are helpful and make teh stay very enjoyable. Sited in Mong Kok makes it an ideal base for a visit to Hongkong with the train (MTR) connected directly to the hotel via the shopping centre. "Great stay to visit my father in ShaTin hospital which is a single bus stop away boarding from the bus stop across the hotel. The rooms are quite spacious for Hong Kong with decent maintenance. Air con is very quiet and pleasant enough to sleep through and the breakfast was fair although not the widest selection. Good sized parking area and easily accessible to many convenience stores including 7/11 and Circle K."

"Easy to reach location by cab from Kowloon station. Staff was super friendly to offer restaurant tips and the 4g pocket wifi was great for our one night stay. Very nice coffee shop in the lobby. Minor nitpicks but more storage/surfaces in the room, having some travel adaptors on hand (we had gotten used to not needing them in China which often had universal electric ports), and a proper bathroom exhaust fan would have been nice to have. "

"Theres an 24/7 7-11 around the corner, along with a supermarket on the next street. Also very close to a metro station (MTR To Kwa Wan) and several bus stops. Including the bus for the airport. Its situated a little further from kowloon centre than I would have liked. But it's still doable by walking, otherwise take the MTR metro. The hotel was very nice. Very clean, modern and comfortable, and a good price. The room had a kettle, TV, fridge and water bottle-which can be filled up on floor...
