"Hotel isn’t far from the station, hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, they even recommended a place for udon and tonkatsu and it was simply delicious. The only downside of the hotel is that there isn’t a wardrobe and there were only 2 hangers provided. But overall, it was spacious, clean, sufficiently warm, and the interior was very modern and classy :) Will choose this hotel again for sure!"

"The male manager was very polite, helpful, and patient even after a long day getting lost trying to find the hotel and though I put a special request in I never gotten a respond back from the hotel. But they were very flexible, although some of the front desk didn’t understand English but good thing the male manager was there and remember our keys to our car.
